For institutional buyers
Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to common questions about the advantAIge platform, institutional licensing and how the system works.
Who is advantAIge for, and who is it not for?+
advantAIge is licensed to universities, corporates, government agencies and training providers who want to deploy an AI-native leadership and capability development platform across their cohorts under their own brand.
It is not for individual professionals looking for a consumer subscription. The platform is sold as an institutional license, not as a retail product.
What problem does advantAIge solve?+
Institutional L&D, executive education and public sector capability programmes need a platform that does more than deliver content. advantAIge combines scenario-based assessment, AI coaching, development planning and execution tools into one connected system that measures capability, generates personalised development pathways and surfaces intelligence across cohorts.
It closes the gap between "programme ran" and "capability built".
How does licensing work?+
advantAIge is licensed selectively to institutional partners, not sold as a consumer subscription. Every engagement is bespoke — shaped around your cohort size, contract term, configuration depth, whether our content library is included and whether faculty delivery is part of the partnership.
We do not publish a pricing table because no two deployments are the same. Pricing is scoped in a discovery conversation.
How long does deployment take?+
A standard platform deployment takes four to eight weeks from contract to go-live. Configuration work includes branding, user provisioning, admin training and any custom AI coach personas or knowledge bases.
More complex deployments involving HRIS, LMS or identity provider integrations, or heavily customised content, take longer. We scope this in discovery.
What about data residency and security?+
Data is stored in Australian-hosted Supabase infrastructure. No delegate data leaves the platform without explicit export. No personal data is used to train or fine-tune AI models. Access is role-scoped and company-isolated, enforced by per-company data partitions and server-side service-role access only.
Security overview documentation, data processing addendums and SLA terms are available on request via the enquiry form. See our security page for full infrastructure details.
Do you support single sign-on?+
SSO integrations via SAML or OIDC are available as a scoped engagement during onboarding for institutional partners who require it. The default authentication experience is magic-link sign-in (no passwords to manage, no reset flows, no shared credentials).
Audit trails, role-based access control and admin dashboards are part of every deployment regardless of authentication method.
Can we white-label the platform?+
Yes. Institutional partners deploy advantAIge under their own brand. Your name, your coach personas, your content library and your delegate experience. The advantAIge brand is not visible to your delegates.
Custom coach personas and knowledge bases are configured during onboarding, not via self-service. Training providers with established corporate client books can explore channel partner and revenue-share arrangements.
Can we turn off modules we do not need?+
Yes. The platform is modular. Each institutional deployment has per-company feature flags across more than seven module groups — assessment, coaching, planning, weekly rhythm, the Operating System (scorecards, commitments, issues, compass, ownership map, weekly pulse), the content library, and intelligence briefings. If a module is not relevant to your cohort, it can be hidden entirely.
This matters most when a programme only needs part of the platform. The rest disappears from the delegate experience.
How is AI coaching different from ChatGPT?+
The platform includes four specialist AI coaches — Alex (executive), Danni (strategy), Marcus (technology and AI) and Miles (sales) — each with distinct expertise, coaching style and hard professional boundaries enforced in their design. Delegates work with the coaches through structured interactive tools that know their role, their plan and their priorities.
Responses are structured and constrained by system prompts so coaches do not drift out of scope, generate advice in regulated domains, or produce unconstrained output. They are designed as structured thinking partners, not generic chatbots or answer generators.
How do delegates and programme managers know if it is working?+
Delegates complete the Future Readiness Assessment at the start of a programme, receive a personalised radar chart across six themes, and retake the assessment every 90 days. Growth shows as change against their original baseline, tracked per capability and per theme.
Programme managers receive AI-generated intelligence briefings that aggregate cohort-level capability progression, engagement activity, at-risk delegates and module completion. Weekly and monthly automated summary emails surface patterns without requiring managers to log in.
What integrations are available?+
Single sign-on (SAML, OIDC) and user provisioning are supported as scoped engagements during onboarding. HRIS integrations for delegate provisioning and role data, and LMS integrations for cohort management or course completion exchange, are also available as scoped engagements.
Which specific systems have been connected varies by deployment. We confirm the integration pathway for your environment in the discovery conversation before scoping the work.
Is faculty delivery available?+
Yes, in select partnerships. Chris McLaren delivers as faculty on a limited number of engagements each year, allocated during annual partnership planning.
For advisory engagements that sit alongside the platform — board input, CEO mentoring, PE portfolio work — see our enquiry form and select the Advisory enquiry type.
What about existing B2C subscribers?+
Individual subscribers who signed up before the platform moved to institutional-only licensing retain access to their current plan through their next renewal decision point. We are not removing access to paid subscribers during the transition.
New B2C subscriptions are no longer available. Individuals interested in the platform can take the free Future Readiness Assessment to experience how it works.
How do we start a conversation?+
